I had been using ACDSee for the previous six years or so and was looking for an upgrade that would be more modern. Even though ACDSee Photo Studio is a newer application, its interface is similar to the previous versions and I feel that it does not use the large amount of screen space that is available on the newer versions. My only complaint is the resize option. Its only a two level slider which means I end up with a small and a medium result. I wish that there were a fourth level that would allow a huge crop. The interface is easy to navigate and the zoom feature is good. I tested the system on both my laptop and my iPhone, and it performs without a glitch. I like that there is a small watermark that I can turn off. To be honest, I just plain like ACDSee’s interface. Its simplicity is in harmony with my personality.

I like the products that I’ve purchased from ACDSee. They do a good job and the documentation is detailed. Their products do require some technical expertise. When I have a problem with a photo, it is usually because I’ve spent the night editing the photo, which is why I keep the problems to a minimum.

ACDSee has some good Black Friday sales pricing to upgrade to the 2021 version of Photo Studio Ultimate.
